In the next few weeks we will be transferring our web design and
hosting name from Net-Zone to Clear Blue Media. There are various
reasons for this move but the same quality of service will remain.
New Server and how it will affect you!

We have secured a deal and now have our own linux machine located
in Nottingham connected to a 100 Mbps network built up on Cisco
routers and managed switches, 3COM network cards, and APC UPS (Uninterruptible
Power Supplies). We only use high quality branded hardware, as we
believe they are more reliable. The uptime of the new server will
be even higher than before and will be even more secure than before
as your domain won't be shared with thousands of other domains but
instead with a few dozen.
The other benefit is on the new server you will have even greater
control over your domain that you ever had before. The new server
will be running Plesk5 on Redhat 7.3. This gives you much greater
access to your domains statistics and various other services you
did not have before.
We have already contacted all our clients but there are some very
important changes that will affect your domain. There are some things
that cannot be transferred across, these include:
Email Addresses
Auto Responders
Web Forwarding
Password protected webs
Mailing Lists
Although the above cannot be transferred across we can set them
up again before the domain is transferred over. If any of the above
affects you then please contact us
using the form below as soon as possible.
If you have changed your password since we started hosting you
then we will need to reset the password to allow us access. We will
not be asking for your password but will email you the reset details
once it has been reset. We are using this method because the security
risks of asking for a password is too great, we hope you understand.
We will be going through all our sites over the next 4 weeks to
check.
We understand that this all looks overwhelming but the transition
will be very simple and the new system will more than make up for
all of this.

Client support area is almost complete. The move over to the new
